Hello world! Here’s a little post about my custom wolf set that I purchased from Hoshiikins. If you’re wondering why I wear ears, the simple answer to that is because I like it! And I like how they look on me. Maybe there’s more reasons why a person might wear ears, and tails? But that’s completely up to your imagination, haha. So anyways! Moving on..
First, I’d like to say that the creator and owner of the shop was super friendly and patient with me. She asked me to contact her through her etsy shop with a description of what I wanted and she would then, give me a quote. We spent a few days exchanging messages, discussing in detail things like the color of the fur, the shape of the ears, lengh of the tail, accessories and any other request I had. I even sent her some reference images to give her a better idea of how i pictured my wolf ears and tail.
After we got all of that settled, it was time for me to pay! And I definitely paid more than expected! But we’re not going to talk about that, hehe.

Then came the wait. It took about 2 months for me to receive my package – which is a lot. But It didn’t bother me too much since I had read before that it usually takes a while to receive your order. After I got my package in the mail, I was so excited and at the same time, i was afraid to be disapointed. I decided to take my time and I think i waited a couple of days before opening the box.

When I finally opened the box, I realized that the ears were way better than I expected. I thought that they would be a bit flimsy, simple and maybe a little flat? But they’re not! They are actually thick, 3d if you will, and of good quality – and very sturdy. I was super happy about that. I will admit, they didn’t come out exactly how I drew them ( literally made a drawing for her), but they still came out really cute, and I’m still pretty happy with them. I also appreciate that she added removable bows to the ears! That was a nice surprise for me.
So here are my cons and pro’s …
Pros :
– Good quality
– Very little to no sheding
– Colors go with my real hair color
– Sturdy
– Tail is super soft
– Looks good!
Cons :
– The headband doesn’t quite fit (hovers over head)
– I have to use bobby pins to secure ears and keep them from flying away with the wind
– Ears are bigger than expected
I am overall happy with my ears and tail. So thank you Hoshiikins!

New Doggy harness for Princess

Thank you Chewy.com, for the quick shipping and delivery! I bought this harness for our elderly chihuahua, Princess and since it’s a happy purchase, I thought I’d make a post about it! The reason why we got her a harness and not a collar, is because Princess has a very small head and collars seem to slip off too easily. Plus, she’s elderly, so in my opinion, a harness would give her more comfort and offer that extra security.

I believe the harness is by the company, Puppia. They also sell other pet items like beds, clothes, and many other accessories for your furry friends.

At first, I thought it would be too small but It ended up fitting perfectly with no issues. The material is Polyester, it’s soft, stretchy and breathable. Princess showed no sign of discomfort and she’s able to run around with no problem. The harness is also adjustable so you can tighten it or loose it up a bit if you need to.

Overall, the harness is very sturdy and great quality. Princess is happy and so am I!
